Deborah Cordivari, CPA, began her career in 2000 with a diversified certified public accounting and consulting firm in the Toms River area. In 2017, Deborah established C&P Accounting and Tax Services, LLC along with her partner Alison Polulak.
Deborah specializes in providing tax, accounting and bookkeeping services to a wide range of clients. Her career has focused on working with physicians ranging from primary care to dental practices as well as other professionals to improve their business operations and net worth.
In addition, Deborah has extensive training and experience working with Quick Books software giving her the ability to assist and train clients in utilizing this financial reporting system.
Deborah graduated from the University of Delaware in June of 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Alison Polulak, CPA
Alison Polulak, CPA, graduated magna cum laude from The College of New Jersey School of Business in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Prior to graduation, she earned internships with both Deloitte and Touche and PriceWaterhouseCoopers and ultimately started her career with PwC as a tax accountant. After gaining vast experience and knowledge, she moved back to her hometown of Toms River and continued her tax accounting practice with a diversified mid-size accounting and consulting firm. In 2017, Alison established C & P Accounting and Tax Services, LLC along with her partner Deborah Cordivari.
Alison has been a CPA for over 10 years, having been one of the few candidates to pass all sections of the examination the first time. She specializes in tax planning, tax preparation and audit assistance as well as general bookkeeping and accounting services.
Alison has focused her career on assisting professionals including physicians, dentists and law firms. Concentrating on this niche client base has allowed her to learn and implement strategic ways to increase the efficiency and net worth of her clients.
